COA
A COA is a certificate of authenticity, this is usually produced by either the artist or the publisher. As works from our site come from a variety of artists and publishers not all of them come with COA, if however a COA is provided, it will be included with your piece.
Ace Art works directly with the artist. Ace Art only sells genuine Art work and will provided a letter confirming the authenticity of the piece when a COA is not provided by the Artist.

PACKING
All unframed prints are hand rolled in acid free paper and shipped in our ridged postal tubes.

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICIES
All products sold at aceart.gi are verified by us as genuine articles. Ace Art is confident you will be satisfied with your purchase.
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your artwork(s), you are entitled to cancel your purchase and receive either a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a refund, artwork(s) must be returned to us in mint condition, within the original packaging and accompanied by an original proof of purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
Shipped artworks can be returned to us via post and will be refunded minus the shipping and packaging cost.
Should artworks (s) return damaged or lost in transit, Ace Art cannot issue a refund.
All refunds will be processed in GBP. We cannot be held accountable to changes in exchange rates.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Ace Art is not responsible for international duties or taxes. All international duties and taxes in relation to your order are the responsibility of the buyer.
Ace Art is not responsible for parcels damaged during shipping. Compensation for loss or damage is the responsibility, and at the discretion of the shipping provider, which Ace Art will oversee.
The amount and means of compensation is determined according to the shipping provider’s terms and conditions, and the nature of an individual claim.
In the case that we are unable to deliver our packages to your given address and the parcels are returned to us, additional payment will be required for a second shipping.
